Water/Wastewater Project Manager Job Description

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead and support projects for water and wastewater clients in the Salt Lake City area and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management and technical oversight of team members for planning, design, and construction phase services for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Identifying new business opportunities for AECOM and promoting its capabilities among existing and prospective clients.
  • Coordinating and participating in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
  • Directing project team and client compliance with contract terms and monitoring subcontractors' compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Preparing project work plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets, and communicating these to project team members.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience and/or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Strong project management and technical skills, with experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
