Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Systems Specialist to join our team at Mastech Digital. As a Field Service Technician in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, and repair of electromechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, calibrate, and repair electromechanical equipment, including PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and instrumentation.
  • Perform calibration on critical equipment such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, pH meters, and flow meters to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including FDA and cGMP.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customer personnel on proper equipment use, troubleshooting, and basic calibration techniques.
  • Maintain detailed service reports, calibration records, and documentation for regulatory audits and compliance.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering and production teams to resolve equipment malfunctions and optimize system performance.
