Job Description

ProSidian Consulting, LLC seeks a highly skilled Program Manager - Standard to support professional services engagement for Defense and Security Sector clients such as the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 position, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide services and support as a Professional, Technical and Administrative Support Services (PTASS) Program Manager - Standard in the Defense and Security Industry Sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients in the CONUS Region.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide program management experience supported by strong project management skills, effective oral and written communication, planning and supervisory, leadership and operational skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve desired objectives.
  • Manage and direct activities in the planning, development, and implementation of new business.
  • Ensure employees have the necessary tools and training to perform their jobs in compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure that program functions in a manner that satisfies contractual obligations and develops timely and accurate reports on the status of operations.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • At least 5 years of program management experience.
  • Strong project management, communication, leadership, and financial skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
