Key Responsibilities:
  • Handles inbound calls, responds to patient inquiries, and resolves issues promptly.
  • Serves as the liaison for internal/external healthcare providers and entities, effectively answering calls from patients, providers, and organizations.
  • Maintains accurate records and communicates effectively with patients and staff.

Requirements

We require an experienced professional with a strong background in clinical scheduling, effective communication, and teamwork. A minimum of one year of experience in a physician's office or healthcare facility is required, along with proficiency in handling high call volumes and requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED
  • One (1) year experience in a physician's office or healthcare facility
  • One (1) year EMR experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information discreetly.
