About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing staff and equipment in the cardiac catheterization lab, ensuring seamless operations and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and room activities to maximize productivity
  • Coordinate staffing assignments within the room to meet patient needs
  • Operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently
  • Recognize basic equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot issues promptly
  • Develop cines when necessary, adhering to established policy
  • Provide support for EP, interventional, and scrub assist procedures
  • Train and educate new employees on cardiac catheterization lab procedures

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in specialty training areas, such as EP, interventional, or radiographic imaging

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
