Job Summary

Noetic Strategies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting all-source analysis on foreign military, political, and security-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive threat assessments to inform strategic decision-making
  • Conduct open-source research using subscription data, commercial data, and other openly available sources
  • Provide input in and response to critical requests for information, finished intelligence production
  • Define threat concepts to identified components, platforms, and/or systems
  • Evaluate threats to inform threat realism for evaluating operational effectiveness, suitability, and survivability of identified systems
  • Determine transportation/logistical threat resource requirements, availability, adequacy, and define gaps between capability of adversarial actors and actual threats
  • Coordinate with intelligence, acquisition, and industry communities
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in all-source analysis, with a focus on foreign military, political, and security-related issues
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and briefing skills with the ability to communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to work independently with little to no guidance and/or direction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify innovative, integrated solutions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with intelligence tools and data sources to solve complex problems
  • Knowledge of foreign logistics infrastructure facilities and networks associated with strategic mobility, sustainability, planning, and operations
  • Ability to conduct analysis of foreign military, both conventional and non-conventional, from the command and organization structure to storage and distribution networks
