Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at All Points, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering effective IT solutions and services to the Department of Defense, the intelligence community, and federal civilian agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site unit level training in the use of WebG081, Global Reach, Info-Assist+, Jira, and other programs/tools within the FMxC2/G081 Maintenance Information System (MIS) environment.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and sustain technical training materials/programs for WebG081, Global Reach, Info-Assist+, and other areas pertaining to the FMxC2/G081 MIS for customers, employees, and/or other field support personnel.
  • Engage FMxC2 units to schedule and organize on-site training events on a recurring basis; maintain historical records of all visits to forecast units eligible for initial/recurring visits; coordinate and schedule multi-unit events, when applicable.
  • Provide over-the-shoulder work center training to users at all levels in the use of the FMxC2 suite of programs/tools as applicable to their duties and responsibilities; recommend, coordinate, and facilitate mass training events.
  • Develop, manage, and coordinate long-range travel planning forecasts; research all associated costs to develop and submit annual forecasted travel expenditures; update forecasts quarterly to track actual expenditures and provide updates to leadership.
  • Plan travel in support of training and FMxC2 supported events for Field Support & Training (FST) team members; procure all travel and lodging accommodations; draft and submit requests for travel approval and provide post-travel cost updates.
  • Continuously revise lesson plans and training products to ensure all materials reflect product features, meet new training requirements, and remain up to date with new technical information; develop non-standard training materials (i.e., videos, quick guides, checklists) for key processes, as needed.
  • Obtain information from customers, technical organizations, and engineering pertaining to software and product requirements to prepare training materials/programs.
  • Coordinate and/or provide support for FMxC2 Program Office events (i.e., annual FMxC2 users event, various technology exhibits, etc.).
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the FMxC2/G081 MIS; participate in FMxC2 Program Management Reviews to provide field-level insight to current program enhancements and new program development.
  • Ensure all applicable Mission Innovate and All Points Logistics, LLC deliverables are updated and/or provided as specified by the contract on time.
  • Perform Action Officer (AO) duties as needed in support of various FMxC2 and FMxC2 supported events and taskings.
  • Position requires travel (CONUS and OCONUS) an average of 15 days per month.
  • Position is on-site at Scott AFB, IL; no remote option.
  • Computer Skills: Working with various forms of computer technology is a necessity to include MS Office and using custom software.
  • Direct Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a FMxC2/G081 user within the past 5 years.
  • Physical Fitness – Extended periods of sitting at a workstation is expected. Walking to nearby locations in inclement weather is common. Standing for extended periods during training can be expected.
  • Customer Service – Must possess excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Interfacing with customers and FMxC2 users on-site to make sure their information and training requirements are met is a major responsibility.
  • Organization Skills – Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects.
  • Attention to Detail – Must possess excellent document review and editing skills to ensure continuity of information and document formatting.
  • Possess a current US passport and/or eligible to obtain one immediately upon hire
  • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
  • Active and current SECRET clearance
Requirements:
  • BA/BS, or HS diploma/AA with 3-5 years' experience
Security Clearance:
  • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
  • ACTIVE AND CURRENT US DoD SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
