KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out assigned cleaning tasks consistently and punctually, adhering to the facility's cleaning schedule. Responsibilities may include:
- Vacuuming and mopping hard surface floors as well as carpeted areas.
- Dusting various surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
- Sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Restocking restroom supplies such as paper products and soap.
- Cleaning glass surfaces, including entrance and interior windows.
- Responding promptly to customer requests and work orders.
- Collaborating effectively with fellow team members.
- Conducting all duties in line with company policies, including safety and uniform standards.
- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment like vacuum cleaners.
- Disposing of waste and replacing liners in trash containers.
- Reporting maintenance issues regarding the facility and equipment to the supervisor.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Work history and education that reflect a strong work ethic.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Reliable and efficient work pace.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing various physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
