Position Overview:
- Provide loving and attentive care to a 5-month-old infant, fostering their development through play, learning activities, and routines.
- Implement age-appropriate sensory play, arts and crafts, reading, and educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Engage in interactive playtime, walks, and outings to enrich the child's experiences and encourage exploration.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the child's care, such as laundry, tidying the nursery, and meal preparation for the family.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in care routines and communication regarding the child's progress and needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience as a Nanny, specializing in infant and toddler care.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing environment.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with parents and caregivers.
- CPR certification and First Aid training are preferred.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $30 to $35, with potential for additional hours during certain weeks.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with flexibility as needed).
