Position Overview:
The Warehouse Worker role is vital to our operations, ensuring that all logistics related to construction equipment are executed efficiently and safely. This position involves managing construction materials, including loading and unloading using a forklift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Accurately track all construction equipment and maintain effective inventory management.
- Deliver materials to construction sites as required using a company vehicle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Quick learner with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and possess mechanical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
- Physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of the construction industry.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
