Responsibilities

As a Clinical Coach and Mentor, you will:

  • Act as a clinical coach for new professional staff
  • Function as a resource and mentor for new professional staff
  • Coordinate the implementation of the Infection Control Program to meet agency goals and objectives and ensure regulatory requirements are met
Qualifications
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred
  • Three years of progressive job-related experience, including field visits and coordination of care
  • Licensure and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prior experience as a preceptor/mentor preferred
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • SigmaCare preferred
Compensation

Minimum: $101,503.41/Yr.

Maximum: $126,879.27/Yr.
