Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) degree.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
