About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a clinical leader in the dialysis industry. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
  • Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings is a plus.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
