Role Summary

The Account Manager - Commercial Lines Insurance position at Elemental Risk Management LLC involves managing daily client relationship needs, developing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, and providing personalized service and innovative risk management solutions.


Responsibilities
  1. Manage client relationships and act as primary point of contact for all their insurance needs.
  2. Develop, review, and adjust insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs.
  3. Evaluate and identify risk exposures for clients and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance products and services.
  5. Support clients in the claims process, ensuring efficient handling and resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licensing: Valid and up-to-date P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license is required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in commercial insurance.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial insurance policies and coverage options.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities to manage and resolve client issues.
  • Technology: Proficient in using CRM software and other digital tools to facilitate remote work.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote environment.
  • Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams internally.
