Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all their insurance needs.
  2. Policy Management: Oversee the development, review, and adjustment of insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs.
  3. Risk Assessment: Evaluate and identify risk exposures for clients and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  4. Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance products and services tailored to their specific requirements.
  5. Claims Assistance: Support clients in the claims process, ensuring efficient handling and resolution.
  6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market conditions and industry trends to offer competitive insurance options.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licensing: Valid and up-to-date P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license is required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in commercial insurance.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial insurance policies and coverage options.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities to manage and resolve client issues.
  • Technology: Proficient in using CRM software and other digital tools to facilitate remote work.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote environment.
  • Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams internally.
