POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Corporate Financial Consolidation Specialist will report to the Corporate Consolidations Controller and play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of cash balances while executing month-end closing entries for the parent organization.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare and document journal entries, including recurring monthly entries, cash transactions, reclassifications, and additional entries as instructed by the supervisor.

2. Maintain daily cash reconciliations and execute month-end bank reconciliations.

3. Prepare and post customer and intercompany invoices. Review, authorize, and record cash receipts.

4. Process ACH and wire transfers for accounts payable disbursements and payroll funding.

5. Reconcile costs associated with marketing events and prepare related intercompany entries.

6. Assist with balance sheet reconciliations.

7. Support the Corporate VP with corporate consolidation entries and reporting.

8. Aid the Corporate VP in the research and resolution of inquiries.

9. Complete various ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
