- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Monitor and manage patient medications and referrals to specialists, ensuring seamless care coordination
- Educate patients and their families on preventative care and healthy lifestyle choices, promoting wellness and disease prevention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes, driving excellence in pediatric healthcare
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care to patients, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
- Mentor clinical staff to support all aspects of care, promoting professional growth and development
