Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve work packages and drawings as directed by supervisors.
- Interpret work orders and engineering drawings to ascertain tasks to be performed.
- Collaborate with management and engineering teams to resolve job-related challenges.
- Execute layout and rework of repair parts according to specifications.
- Prepare and modify components by cutting, trimming, and shaping materials as needed.
- Utilize jigs, fixtures, and templates to ensure precision in repairs.
- Employ mechanical lifts to facilitate repair tasks.
- Prepare damaged aircraft areas for repair, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Apply fiberglass and resins to repair surfaces, adhering to specifications.
- Bond materials using appropriate curing methods.

Qualifications
