Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Guest Services Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality and set a standard for the team in delivering exceptional first impressions to our guests. This role involves supervising and guiding the team in providing a warm welcome to our guests, assisting with luggage, and serving as a knowledgeable resource about the hotel and local area.
Your Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a memorable experience for guests upon arrival.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and showing genuine interest.
- Welcome each guest to the hotel and assist with their needs.
- Open doors for arriving guests and escort them to the front desk for check-in.
- Guide guests to their rooms while sharing information about hotel amenities and interesting facts.
- Train and mentor the bell attendants to ensure high-quality service.
- Collaborate with management on special events that may affect guest arrivals and departures.
- Work alongside other attendants to provide personalized experiences for each guest.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized entrance area.
- Exceed expectations by going above and beyond in service to guests and colleagues.
