Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Assistant to join our team at Capstone on Campus Management LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, fostering a sense of community, and promoting a positive living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Development
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and university personnel.
    • Regularly communicate University policies, procedures, and expectations to residents.
    • Encourage residents to take responsibility for their individual accounts and community.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist residents with issues related to their living environment, including maintenance requests and package delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Assist with license signing processes and related documentation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Enrolled as a current University of Maryland Baltimore County student in good academic standing.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs and navigate stairs.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office programs.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a moderate noise level. The physical demands of the job include sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
