Community Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Liaison to join our team at Capstone on Campus Management LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, staff, and university personnel to ensure a seamless living experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement community events and programs that promote resident engagement and well-being.
- Conduct regular inspections of the community to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the administration of resident files and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Enrolled as a current University of Maryland Baltimore County student in good academic standing at the time of application and throughout employment term.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and navigate up and down stairs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in verbal communication and strong customer service skills.
- Be comfortable working in Excel, Microsoft Word, and other office programs as necessary.
Work Environment:
The work environment is mid-to-high paced with moderate noise levels. The physical demands of this role include sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
