About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and/or substance use needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to individuals served, including assessments and crisis intervention.
  • Facilitate relationships and serve as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies, and the community.
  • Support individuals with connections to services and referrals for holistic treatment.
  • Work closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardizing procedures and expediting treatment implementation.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field.
  • Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare, including LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSWA, and LCSW.
  • General working knowledge of the human services delivery system.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and basic computer skills, including Microsoft 360, Excel, and Word.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance (if required for providing transportation).
Preferred Qualifications
  • American Sign Language (ASL) skills.
