Position Overview

The Management Trainee will engage in comprehensive training across various departments, focusing on claims processing, sales, and operational functions. This role is designed to equip the trainee with the necessary skills and knowledge to progress into a management position.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Management Trainee include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Billing & Collections Team in meeting established goals and objectives.
  • Assisting the Branch Manager in achieving departmental targets.
  • Collaborating with the Warehouse/Distribution Manager to fulfill operational objectives.
  • Working alongside the Facilities Division Manager to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Adhering to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid Driver's License
  • A 2-Year College Degree with relevant experience or Clinical credentials, or 5 years of industry experience
  • Successful completion of a Drug Test
  • Strong Communication and Time Management Skills
  • Proficient Computer Skills
Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A 4-Year College Degree
  • Prior experience in the Healthcare Sector
  • Familiarity with Third Party Reimbursement (experience in this area is not mandatory but is highly regarded)
