Available Shifts:
Day and Night shifts

Position Overview:
As a Clinical Nursing Manager, you will provide both managerial oversight and clinical guidance for all nursing units during your designated shifts.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating patient bed assignments, managing staff allocations to ensure optimal patient care, and acting as the representative of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and administration in their absence.

You will ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures, taking corrective measures when necessary.

Your role will encompass the overall management of the nursing department, offering support, leadership, education, and counseling to meet both patient care objectives and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:
- Associate degree in nursing.
- Current RN license in NC or a compact state.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications must be obtained at the earliest opportunity after hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing.
- Experience as a nursing supervisor in an acute care environment is preferred, with critical care experience being advantageous.

Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of three to five years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting is required.
- Experience in Critical Care Unit (CCU) or Emergency Department (ED) is essential.
- Candidates with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) must have at least one year of management experience; those with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) are preferred to have one year of management experience.
