Quality Inspector Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute quality assurance tasks, including inspections, interim controls, and incoming goods inspections.
  • Utilize optical measuring devices and high-quality testing equipment to inspect implants meticulously.
  • Partner with colleagues to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives and conduct final quality assurance inspections.
  • Inspect and document medical implants according to our established quality management system (QMS) procedures.
  • Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for data collection and documentation.
  • Perform other duties necessary to support quality assurance and control operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and relevant industry standards.
  • Experience using optical measuring devices and quality control equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, inspection plans, and work instructions.
  • Proficient in PC operation and familiar with quality management software (QMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
