Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Processing Clerk to join our team. As an Instrument Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining instruments and equipment in optimal condition, preparing them for surgical patients, and ensuring adherence to sterile technique standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain instruments and equipment in optimal condition through cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing processes.
  • Prepare instrumentation, equipment, and sterile supplies for surgical patients.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Leaders and Registered Nurses to ensure seamless instrument processing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-standard principles and practices in sterilization and disinfection.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Understanding of sterilization and high-level disinfection technologies.
  • Prior experience in instrument processing or as a surgical technologist/procedure technologist preferred.
  • Successful completion of BCLS Course within 90 days of employment required or current BCLS certification.
Compensation

Minimum: $35.00/Hr. Maximum: $45.00/Hr.
