ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Surgical Operations Specialist to join our team in Seattle, Washington.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to work with our surgical team. As a Surgical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining a sterile operating room environment, passing instruments to surgeons, and assisting with patient care during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a clean and organized operating room environment

• Pass instruments to surgeons and first assistants during procedures

• Assist with patient care during operations, including positioning patients and handling specimens

• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process

Requirements

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification or equivalent experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred

• 1+ year of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist in a hospital or surgery center setting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
