About the Role

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a highly qualified and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide, evaluate, and implement behavior therapy services to pediatric clients with a variety of needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough behavior assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Formulate and implement individualized plans to correct, maintain, or improve specific behaviors.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress towards treatment goals and adjust plans as needed.
  • Train and supervise Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current Texas license as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
  • Current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA.
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a BCBA preferred.
