Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, intensive ABA interventions to clients under the supervision of our experienced Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collect and document client data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Communicate effectively with parents, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide services in various settings, including homes, schools, and community locations

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children (caregiver, paraprofessional, daycare, etc.)
  • Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as a passion for helping others
