Job Overview

United Wholesale Mortgage is seeking a talented Salesforce Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

As a Salesforce Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with leadership to understand business challenges and needs, generating wireframes for Einstein Analytics dashboards, and designing dataflows and datasets within Einstein Analytics. You will also build analytical dashboards for unstructured and structured data sets using Einstein Analytics and other enterprise data analytics tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with leadership to understand business challenges and needs
  • Generating wireframes for Einstein Analytics dashboards
  • Designing dataflows and datasets within Einstein Analytics
  • Building analytical dashboards for unstructured and structured data sets
  • Working closely with Developer and QA resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements
  • Identifying data quality issues and proposing solutions
  • Drafting functional and technical documentation related to analytics solutions
  • Contributing to a library of assets to support analytic solution delivery
  • Staying up-to-date on Salesforce analytic technologies and industry best practices
  • Providing core reporting capabilities for company-wide KPIs
  • Developing optimized integration data strategy and data quality processes
  • Partnering with IT teams to deliver new automation and manage fast-paced changes in the business
  • Providing key BI support and ad hoc analysis for executive-level leadership

Requirements include:

  • BS degree in Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Management, or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience with developing and implementing analytics solutions
  • Understanding of the Salesforce security model and Einstein Analytics security requirements
  • Working knowledge of Einstein Analytics, including dataset generation, dataflow modeling, and dashboard design
  • Experience with SQL, SAQL, R, Python, JSON, and other relevant technologies
  • Demonstrated ability and passion for dissecting/solving problems with a fact-based, data-driven, rigorous, and creative approach
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manages multiple tasks and high-visibility projects with a sense of urgency and ownership
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Communicates clearly and concisely and operates effectively as a team player
  • Confident in managing and executing projects with cross-functional stakeholders from start to finish
  • Resourceful with a strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile to get work done
  • Self-directed/driven with excellent organizational skills
  • Sound understanding of BI concepts and proven success in working with different technology and able to learn, set up, and champion new and best-in-class technology
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities
  • Must be results-oriented and able to move forward without complete information
