We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse's Aide to join our team at Rutland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. As a Nurse's Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment
Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
