The Environmental Services Attendant Senior may work in various locations on client premises. This individual is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in commercial, healthcare, educational, and other establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleans and sanitizes offices, patient/resident rooms, classrooms, common areas, lavatories, and other spaces as needed.
  • Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and polishes floors, and vacuums hallways, stairs, and office spaces.
  • Cleans light fixtures, ceilings, vents, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows, and window coverings.
  • Operates cleaning equipment and uses chemicals safely and effectively.
  • Empties trash and garbage containers, and replenishes supplies.
  • May perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
  • May drive company vehicles and transport equipment as needed.
  • Assists with setting up and rearranging furniture and equipment.
  • Notifies supervisors of maintenance needs and reports accidents and injuries promptly.
  • Participates in safety training and adheres to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Applies OSHA and local safety regulations to all work assignments.

Requirements and Expectations:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies.
