Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for upholding the Three C's: Competency, Chemistry, and Character. You will develop mastery of all Burger Tech and production procedures, consistently coach and uphold correct methods, and coordinate and document ongoing training for current staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and quality products.
- Directly supervise trainee progress, serve as Person in Charge (PIC) on regularly scheduled shifts, and directly supervise the Crew and Leaders in your store.
- Coach, train, and enforce production targets and performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and advise the General Manager on new hires.
- Maintain 6S standards, ensure menus are presentable and up-to-date, and oversee inventory management, ordering, and stocking procedures.
- Ensure all HR documents are collected and stored safely, monitor and maintain company payroll procedures, and enforce the Cash Handling System for your store.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment, with a focus on training and quality control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff to achieve exceptional results.
