Providence St Vincent Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Surgery Department as a Charge RN. This is a full-time position with multiple FTE and shifts available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and leadership to the surgical team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire
- 1 year nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
