Speech Pathologist

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at AdventHealth East Orlando as a Speech Pathologist/Speech & Language Pathologist. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect services to patients in the acute care, inpatient, and outpatient rehabilitation settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and re-evaluate patients according to established standards and techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goal setting, treatment activities, and frequency.
- Document patient information accurately, completely, and timely, using measurable and objective terminology.
- Charge patients accurately and timely, following guidelines and insurance regulations.
- Utilize knowledge of growth and development to evaluate patients and adapt communication skills accordingly.
- Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
- License or provisional license in the State of Florida as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
