Job Summary:

AdventHealth is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in the acute care setting. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect services to patients, including evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques.
Establish, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans of care, including goal setting, treatment activities, and frequency.
Discharge patients when maximum benefit has been achieved and/or according to standards of practice and payer guidelines.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
A license or provisional license in the State of Florida as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
