Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a Construction Project Leader to become a vital part of our team in the West Point, GA office. The selected candidate will initially oversee a significant expansion project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the Change Management Process, including documentation and status tracking.
  • Oversee Cost Control measures, including monthly project reports and budget management.
  • Provide guidance and supervision for all pre-construction activities, such as job cost setup and project planning.
  • Assist in the estimating and pre-construction phases, including scope reviews and budget generation.
  • Regularly monitor and update project schedules, addressing potential issues promptly.
  • Review project proposals to establish timelines, procedures, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure needs are met and conflicts are resolved.
  • Reinforce the company’s vision, mission, and values in all interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution along with 4-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
