Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Clinical Liaison focused on York County.

Qualifications

Education:

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; RN or LPN credentials from an accredited institution.

Must possess a valid PA Driver's License.

Experience:

Previous sales experience within a healthcare environment is essential.

  11. Ability to maintain positive professional relationships with all stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
  1. Promote the SpiriTrust Hospice program to healthcare professionals and community organizations to ensure a robust census in skilled nursing.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to enhance community awareness of hospice services through active participation in local organizations.
  3. Represent SpiriTrust Hospice in various community settings.
  4. Act as an advocate for patients during hospitalizations.
Essential Duties
  1. Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Facilitate communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders to foster profitable business relationships.
  3. Log daily sales activities accurately.
  4. Respond to sales inquiries promptly and effectively.
  5. Keep internal teams informed about new opportunities and service challenges.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through ethical sales practices.
  7. Organize and prioritize sales activities to meet business objectives.
  8. Manage expenditures within budgetary constraints.
  9. Engage in community events to promote hospice services and build a referral network.
  10. Participate in all special events to enhance program visibility.
  11. Coordinate events and open houses to increase awareness of services.
