Job Title: Automation Controls Specialist

At Next Level Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Automation Controls Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex automation systems, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot automation systems, including PLCs, robot controls, and automated equipment.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to operators, engineers, and other stakeholders on maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in automation and controls.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation technology.
  • 3+ years of experience in automation and controls, with a focus on industrial control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming, robotics, and automation software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
