Position Overview

At Olsson, we offer multidisciplinary design services to some of the most prestigious and innovative companies globally. The extensive hyperscale data center campuses we design present an opportunity to engage in some of the most intricate engineering projects currently underway. Our client relationships are built on trust and appreciation for our contributions, allowing us to play a vital role in shaping society's technological landscape through the design of essential infrastructure.

As a Senior Engineer on our Data Center Civil Team, you will engage in the firm's most significant and intricate projects. You will take on roles as both project manager and lead design engineer, preparing planning and design documentation, conducting design calculations, and establishing and maintaining team and client standards. You may oversee quality assurance/quality control processes and provide expert advice on complex initiatives. Collaboration with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical personnel, clients, and external consultants will be essential.

Occasional travel to job sites for observation and participation in client meetings may be required.

*Olsson currently has several openings for a Project Civil Engineer to bolster our Data Center Site Design group. This position offers flexible work arrangements, including remote and hybrid options, to accommodate various working preferences and promote a healthy work-life balance. Candidates can choose hybrid schedules, work remotely, or operate from any Olsson office location.
