Position Overview: The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Store Manager with account management and sales initiatives while ensuring a superior customer service experience. This position involves collaboration with our retail partners to process applications and convert them into credit customers. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for reviewing lease applications, promoting the benefits of our leasing options, and driving sales conversions.
Compensation: This position offers an hourly wage, with potential eligibility for various bonus and incentive programs based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer growth through various channels including online, partner stores, and walk-ins.
- Identify and fulfill customer needs promptly.
- Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payment options, and the application process.
- Close sales by converting applications from both in-store and online orders.
- Collaborate effectively with retail partners on all operational aspects.
- Communicate regularly with the Store Manager regarding store activities and performance.
Customer Service:
- Build strong partnerships with retail personnel to generate referrals and educate customers.
- Address and resolve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Foster a positive work environment to enhance coworker retention.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
