We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Rhythm Technician to join our team at Sky Lakes Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic team, you will be responsible for performing routine diagnostic testing under the supervision of a physician.
Key Responsibilities- Perform 12-lead EKGs and apply Holter monitor recorders on patients
- Disassemble and clean respiratory equipment, and reassemble for proper use
- Stock and inventory cardiopulmonary supplies, equipment, and office supplies
- Ensure accurate charges and billing are entered in the electronic health record
- Participate in problem resolution regarding patient charges, including collaboration with the business office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use a computer for patient billing
- Previous experience in healthcare and cardiac rhythm recognition is preferred
This role requires frequent use of the computer for communication and data entry, as well as continuous walking and standing throughout the shift. The ability to lift 50 pounds or more and maintain a safe work environment is essential.
