Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy care and services to residents. Your primary goal will be to help residents achieve their communication goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care to residents with physician-ordered evaluations and treatments.
Conduct consultations, evaluations, and assessments as needed.
Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
Participate in patient care planning with the healthcare team and other professionals.
Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques.
Communicate resident status and needs to the healthcare team and other professionals.
Requirements
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
Current licensure and certification in Speech Language Pathology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
