Sales Operations Manager

At Motion Recruitment, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to drive scalable revenue growth and enhance sales processes. Our client is a dynamic and innovative firm that values creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize sales operations to support business development efforts.
  • Lead opportunity development meetings and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Contribute as a business analyst consultant on client projects.
  • Oversee sales enablement tools, including CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and turn leads into successfully closed client engagements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in consulting or a professional services business development environment.
  • Strong command of sales operations and business development processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot, including all its functions.
  • Familiarity with Reveal, Crossbeam, Demandbase, or equivalent sales intelligence tools.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills.
  • Strategic thinker with curiosity and passion for driving growth.
