About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments, identify opportunities, and present solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely and profitable sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of outside telecommunications-related sales experience or 3+ years of sales experience as a proven sales performer.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong network building, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales selling data, voice, cloud, or video solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in the state and local government or education vertical.
  • Familiarity with Spectrum Enterprise products.
