About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at K&G Fashion Superstore. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied and engaged.
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, exchanges, and store credits, while maintaining accurate records and securing cash and negotiable documents.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with colleagues and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, POS instructions, and merchandise promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, squat, and twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and negotiable documents.
