We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Ross Dress for Less. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and sweeping/mopping floors.
  • Support the sales floor team by assisting with visual merchandising, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Participate in inventory management by counting and reconciling inventory, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
