Position Overview

The Project Manager at Higher Talents will collaborate closely with Project Superintendents, Engineers, and the Construction Manager to guarantee that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison for communication, negotiation, and resolution of contractual, commercial, or technical matters with the Owner, working alongside field supervisors daily.
  • Partner with the Construction Manager to nurture and enhance the professional growth of field supervisors on assigned projects.
  • Oversee the drafting and approval of purchase orders and subcontracts.
  • Establish and maintain project budgets, consistently updating cost and revenue forecasts.
  • Engage actively in safety planning, project scheduling, and budgeting during both construction and pre-construction phases.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in the marine, heavy, and civil construction sectors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering Technology.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Proven experience in heavy civil and marine construction, along with cost estimation skills.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).
