We are a leading supplier of solutions to the worldwide foundry industry and a global provider of high-performance phenolic resins. Our research and development team in North America is seeking a skilled Technical Laboratory Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct laboratory experiments, testing protocols, and general tasks, reporting results and observations to the Scientists and R&D Manager.
  • Develop new procedures, work instructions, and forms to improve overall operations, ensuring adherence to established test methods, practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Formulate materials, set up, utilize, and maintain various pieces of laboratory equipment, creating samples and specimens for evaluation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or Material Science with 2+ years of experience in a laboratory environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and project-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail, mechanical and/or electronics acumen, resin synthesis and formulation, execution of lab experiments, tests, and tasks.

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
