Healthcare Clinic Supervisor

Position Overview:
Community Medical Services (CMS) is actively seeking a Healthcare Clinic Supervisor to assist individuals grappling with addiction to opioids and other illicit substances in accessing essential care.
Utilizing your previous leadership experience, you will ensure the efficient daily functioning of the clinic, providing a secure environment for those embarking on their recovery journey.

Compensation:
$65K-70K based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
We are in search of a candidate who:
Is adept at managing clinic personnel.
Your focus will be on their training, development, performance monitoring, and fostering a communicative, positive atmosphere where they can excel.
Possesses a growth-oriented mindset.You will collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to formulate business strategies for new initiatives and programs within our clinics.
Values systematic approaches.Your role will involve creating policies and procedures for operational functions, including optimizing processes and implementing solutions to track performance and promote quality improvement initiatives.
To excel in this healthcare management position, you must be capable of:Recruiting, training, and mentoring the patient services team and supervisors.
Determining staffing requirements for clinics based on patient care demands, workflow, and other clinical necessities.
Identifying, de-escalating, and resolving patient issues as they arise.
Collaborating with Quality and Compliance to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations for clinic staff.
Facilitating appropriate patient care coordination, including managing patient flow within the facility.
Establishing key performance indicators regarding customer service standards and exemplifying expected behaviors that reflect service excellence with a focus on patient care.
Overseeing external agency inspections and assisting in corrective action plans or audits (CARF, OBHL, RHBA, state, DEA, fire, and alarm).
Working closely with the assigned Clinical Coordinator to address grievances, appeals, and complaints from clients and oversight agencies of the designated clinics.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma is required.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in behavioral health or health services is preferred.
Prior supervisory experience or experience leading teams is required.
